The ingredient of Prawn & wonton soup

  1. 1.5L Massel chicken style liquid stock
  2. 3cm piece ginger, cut into thin strips
  3. 18 frozen wontons (see Notes)
  4. 24 green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
  5. 100g Chinese barbecued pork, sliced (see Notes)
  6. 100g fresh shiitake mushrooms
  7. 150g baby bok choy, quartered
  8. 2 tablespoons soy sauce, plus extra to serve
  9. Thinly sliced spring onions, to garnish
  10. Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

The instruction how to make Prawn & wonton soup

  1. Place stock and ginger in a large pan and bring to boil. Add wontons and cook for 3 minutes, then add prawns, pork and mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add bok choy and cook for a further minute until wilted, then add soy. Serve in bowls garnished with the spring onion, and with extra soy and sweet chilli on the side.
